APF-Max PET Technologies’ APF-Max line of PET stretch blow molding machines have a modular design that makes changeovers for molds and preform types quick. All models boast a short-wave near-infrared (NIR) heating system that heats the inner and outer parts of the preform wall uniformly and quickly, yet also lowers energy consumption compared to conventional methods. The line includes models that can produce bottles ranging from 200 milliliters (ml) to 8 liters in capacity, neck finish diameter up to 120mm and production rates as high as 14,000 bottles per hour.

Benefits Small footprint. This two-cavity machine is the smallest in the APF-Max line, and can produce bottles with volumes ranging from 200ml to 3 liters. It has an output of up to 3,600 bottles per hour.
