Uniloy Inc. has acquired Century Die Co. LLC, based in Fremont, Ohio. The move gives Uniloy access to Century’s more than 70 years of expertise in blow molds for a wide variety of machine types, mold repair and refurbishment, as well as tooling for bottle handling.
Uniloy President and CEO Brian Marston said, “Century’s experience and manufacturing expertise in multiple blow molding mold technologies will further bolster our position as a leader in molds across the blow molding spectrum. That’s something no other blow molding technology company can claim.”
Based in Tecumseh, Mich., Uniloy designs and builds blow molding machinery.
