Electrical components Meusburger's limit switches and related manifolds (also referred to as logic distributors) work together to monitor movements in injection molds and dies. Each manifold can merge signals from several limit switches without a drop in the signal's voltage.
What's new? A new version of the E 6574 manifold, which now has eight connections for limit switches, instead of the previous four. Also new are the E 6525 limit switches, which have a roller-type plunger, and the E 6526 limit switches with a dome-type plunger.
Benefits The ability to monitor more locations within complex molds. The E 6574 manifold has integrated LEDs to clearly indicate operation and switching statuses. The compact limit switches provide a long service life due to their robust housing with IP67-rated protection against water and dust. They are simple and quick to install.
