Meusburger's new marking stamps are used in injection molds to imprint a date or other information onto molded parts.

Marking stamps Meusburger's new marking stamps are used in injection molds to imprint a date or other information into a molded part. Each has a central arrow insert that can be rotated to point to the appropriate character on the stamp's perimeter. The stamps are threaded so they can be easily removed from the mold at the parting line and are compact, making them appropriate for use in very thin molding plates. Made of stainless steel with a hardness of 52 HRC, the devices can be used in temperatures of up to 644 degrees Fahrenheit. They are available in diameters ranging from 4mm to 12mm and come in three versions: month, year and blank for customization by the mold maker.

What's new? Latching capability. The arrow insert now can be locked into place, eliminating the possibility of it inadvertently moving during production.

Benefits Correctly marked parts.
