Tebis Version 4.0, Release 5 Tebis has upgraded its CAD/CAM software, which mold makers use to quickly create and evaluate plans for the machining of complex parts.
What's new? Release 5, which came out in November. New templates and process libraries have been added, as well as multicore technology that enables extended parallel processing — the division of tasks among multiple processors to increase speed and efficiency.
Benefits Convenience and time savings. The new templates and process libraries have largely automated the numerical control (NC) programming, and extended parallel processing makes more efficient use of the system's memory to eliminate bottlenecks, such as the calculation of NC programs for re-roughing.
