Guill's rotating extrusion die can be used both inline and as a crosshead for a variety of applications, including molding medical parts and multilumen tubing.

High-production rotary model upgrade Guill's rotating extrusion die can be used both inline and as a crosshead for a variety of applications, including molding medical parts and multilumen tubing. By rotating the tooling in relation to the material flow, a rotary head increases the wall strength of an extruded part, producing a thinner wall with less material.

What's new? The upgraded version, which operates at higher speeds.

Benefits Twice the speed, with models running as fast as 1,000 revolutions per minute. Using rotating  dies, extruders can save money on material and secondary processes, while minimizing ovality and achieving appearance enhancements.
