Tradesman P3-44 Astra With its dual-stage fume extraction system, corrosion-resistant components, advanced process controls and special safety systems, this large-format additive manufacturing (LFAM) 3D printer from JuggerBot is designed for processing PVC, which has proved challenging for additive manufacturing. Among the parts it can make are ductwork, pipes, and medical housings and enclosures. 

What’s new? The printer, developed in partnership with Ipex Technologies, a maker of thermoplastic piping systems.
