The Model 7905 reduces downtime and protects workers from shocks.
July 22, 2025

Model 7905 This hand-held static electricity measurement device from Exair pinpoints the highest-voltage areas in a facility so users can diagnose issues before they become a problem. It detects and delivers immediate LED-illuminated readings of surface voltage and polarity with an accuracy of within 5 percent. The device is certified for accuracy by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). It includes a push-button hold function.

What’s new? The 7905, which improves upon an earlier model by integrating a visible infrared beam that ensures measurements are taken from the optimal 1-inch distance.

Benefits Reduced downtime due to material jams or product defects, as well as better worker protection from shocks.
