July 25, 2024
The Mold-Masters temperature controller uses a single, thin cable, eliminating the need for mold power and thermocouple cables.

TempMaster M4 This Mold-Masters temperature controller connects to the mold via a single, thin, lightweight cable, without requiring any changes to existing wiring — allowing users to consolidate their molds’ cables. The TempMaster M4 features an on-board heater, thermocouple fuses and a 12-inch full-color touch screen. Users can specify it with new hot runners or add it as a retrofit to older models.

What’s new? The TempMaster M4, which was on display at NPE.

Benefits The elimination of all conventional mold cables, simplifying molding cells. The TempMaster M4 completely eliminates the need for conventional mold power and thermocouple cables, which helps users to reduce cost and clutter from the molding cell. Also, using Mold-Masters’ SmartMold technology, which is included with the TempMaster M4, molders can collect a variety of data points, including cycle count, cycle time, environmental humidity and zone temperatures.
