Aug. 28, 2023

Allrounder 520 H Equipped with a precise electric clamping unit with a powerful and dynamic hydraulic injection unit, Arburg’s new hybrid injection molding machine (IMM) has clamping forces of about 165 tons. It is available in the Comfort, Premium and Ultimate performance versions. At Fakuma 2023, Arburg will show an Allrounder 520 H Premium to make miniature Allrounder machine bases from ABS.

What’s new? The Allrounder 520 H, which joins the Allrounder 470 H as Arburg’s second machine with the company’s new hybrid machine technology. It will be available next year.

Benefits Energy efficiency, user-friendliness and reliability. Arburg’s newest IMMs are particularly appropriate for molders interested in an energy-saving alternative to hydraulic machines and an economical alternative to fully electric machines. The combination of electric clamping unit and hydraulic injection unit significantly reduces acquisition and operating costs, as well as the machines’ carbon footprint.
