KraussMaffei names new VP, automation

KraussMaffei Corp. announced that, effective May 16, Mike Gunner has joined the company as its VP, automation. Gunner’s responsibilities will include creating the strategic plan for the company’s automation integration business in the U.S., as well as shepherding growth of its automation capabilities.  

Gunner joins KraussMaffei with management experience at automation companies, including 12 years spent with the U.S. subsidiary of international automation solutions provider Mikron Group.  

He will be based out of the Florence, Ky., location and will also work closely with the company’s Brighton, Mich., location.
