Aton plus H This new segmented wheel dryer from Wittmann Battenfeld is based on the Aton plus G Series, but has significant internal upgrades that allow for full integration with Wittmann 4.0, the company's smart-factory technology. Featuring a 7-inch touch screen, the dryer uses the company's 3-Save process to select the optimal temperature range for regenerating the desiccant, improving the machine's efficiency. When used in combination with a dew-point sensor, the Aton plus H can be operated in EcoMode, in which the dryer eliminates unneeded regeneration cycles.
What's new? U.S. availability. Making its U.S. debut at NPE2018, the Aton plus H will be available for order after the show.
Benefits Energy efficiency, and simplified set-up and operation via the primary machine's control system. Even dryers configured with multiple hoppers can be accessed from the injection molding machine control.
