Quality Monitor The Priamus Quality Monitor features the QDaq system, which is able to track injection molding process parameters without the need for an additional computer. Its integrated OPC-UA interface can transfer the data to a local or cloud-based server, and the system is compatible with all Priamus BlueLine devices. Depending on the application, the system can be extended with BlueLine amplifiers and machine interfaces.

Benefits Ease of use. Although it can be operated via any web browser, the Quality Monitor is available with QScreen, a 7-inch display that was developed specifically for this system to make it more intuitive and easier to use.
