Low-energy X-ray sensor This high-resolution gauge measures the thickness and basis weight of products such as sheet, stretch film, flexible packaging, battery separators and nonwoven materials. Its highly stable, precisely tuned power supply provides a high signal-to-noise ratio. It comes in three versions: The high-resolution 312B-XN-L is appropriate for most measurement applications; the ultra-high-resolution 312B-XN-L is designed for calendered products; and the ultra-low-noise 312B-W-L is suited for nonwovens and thin films. It can scan up to 20 inches per second.
