Accelix 3560 FC Vibration Sensor Fluke's new vibration sensors provide users with real-time data on a PC or via the Fluke Connect app on an iOS or Android smart device. The Fluke Connect Condition Monitoring software links with the Fluke 3502 FC Gateway, which can handle input from several sensors simultaneously within its range of about 213 feet. The sensors, which measure 2.42 inches by 0.95 inch, are sold in packages of 10, and can send alarms when readings exceed user-selected parameters.

What's new? The ability to monitor vibration continuously and wirelessly, from multiple locations on a single piece of factory equipment or on multiple pieces of equipment simultaneously. Hand-held sensors can only measure one machine at a time and require a technician.

Benefits Automated early detection of misaligned or unbalanced equipment. The small sensors fit in tight locations, and can be held in place with an adhesive backing for placement flexibility. Users can monitor equipment vibration remotely. The devices reduce dependency on a third-party expert.
