IM-7000 This new automated optical comparator from Keyence can be used in a wide variety of applications, including the inspection of injection molded parts. It automatically recognizes part position and orientation, saves measurement data and creates inspection reports. It also allows for the simultaneous inspection of multiple parts. Other automated features include focus adjustment, lighting settings and edge detection.
What's new? The device, and its newly developed high-speed and high-precision stage that offers a 200mm-by-200mm measurement field of view.
