optoNCDT 1750 Micro-Epsilon's newest laser sensor is designed to measure displacement, distance and position. It can be used by OEMs or as a retrofit to existing equipment in applications such as dynamic acceleration tasks on machine axes, or for robotic arms performing pick-and-place operations. The noncontact, compact sensor features an integral controller and provides reliable measurement, even for oily components, coated materials and objects behind glass.
What's new? The sensor, and numerous features, including a surface compensation function that allows the laser-optical measurement system to operate without regard to the material type or color of the object being measured. The new web interface simplifies setup without requiring additional operating software.
Benefits Versatility, robust design and simple installation in restricted spaces.
