2200 Series SmartFlex Dorner's SmartFlex is a flexible chain conveyor that is suited for parts handling and conveying in applications that require tight turns, inclines and declines. Made from an aluminum, single-piece frame, the SmartFlex can handle loads up to 600 pounds and reach speeds of 250 feet per minute.

What's new? The size. An 85mm-wide version has been added to the standard-size lineup of 65mm, 105mm and 150mm. The conveyor also can be special ordered in other sizes.

Benefits The ability to customize for a specific application. In addition to all of the widths available, the 2200 SmartFlex series comes in lengths from 2 feet to 98 feet and offers a host of chain types. Standard chain types are low-friction and friction-insert, but specialty and application-specific choices are also available, including conductive, cleated, roller top and magnet top.
