WLK 800 F+ This compact, single-shaft shredder from Weima GmbH is designed to handle a wide range of materials, especially film, fiber and filaments. It has an intuitive Siemens PLC control with touch display and built-in overload protection, as well as a hydraulically operated screen basket. Its hydraulic ram feeds material and can be controlled manually or cycled automatically, depending on the load.
What’s new? The WLK 800 F+, which features an F+ rotor to efficiently handle materials that are prone to wrapping. The machine also can be equipped with Weima’s V rotor for hard scrap. The hopper is designed for large volumes of material.
Benefits Less downtime and uninterrupted operation. With the shredder’s design, hard-to-shred materials, including aramid fibers, do not stop operation. Material can be discharged by air suction, discharge screw or conveyor belt.
