Troy, Mich.-based Seco Tools LLC announced that Andrew Hunter has been appointed as its VP global sales.
He brings 23 years of experience in a variety of customer-facing positions at Dormer Pramet, most recently serving as its VP of sales and marketing, where he led 450 full-time employees spread across 26 countries.
In his new role, Hunter will be responsible for gaining market share through his sales strategies, helping secure the company’s growth, and for setting conditions to grow competence and secure the success of global sales activities. He will report to Stefan Steenstrup, Seco’s president, and become a member of the Seco Management Group.

Seco Tools manufactures metal-cutting tools for milling, turning and other applications related to mold making and other industries.
