AlphaMAC is a solution provider in Fluid Packaging. Our main business is to design and to produce extrusion blow-molding machines. We are a company of the IMA Group, a group of companies specialized in automatic packaging machines in different sectors, pharmaceutical, food, dairy, tea, coffee, tobacco, personal and home care, etc. IMA has been on the market since 1961, with more than 40 production sites around the world, 6.000 employees, with an annual turnover of 1.5 billion euros. Most of its production sites are in the Bolognese area, in Ozzano dell’Emilia.
The valuable advantage of our business model is that we have a lean internal structure with a limited number of key people who bring know-how and ideas and who have been operating in the packaging segment for many years and we use a network of satellite companies of IMA, called Sinermatic, specialized for non-core activities, with two important aspects: these 32 companies are located in a perimeter of a few kilometers, so it is very easy for us to check the activities related to our machines on a daily basis, and they have been working for over 10 years for all the divisions of the Group, guaranteeing efficiency, professionalism, versatility and significantly lowering the impact of fixed production costs.
