M-20iD/25 This new six-axis robot from Fanuc has a maximum payload of 55 pounds and is appropriate for parts handling and machine loading and unloading tasks. Also, because it has an IP67 rating for dust resistance for the arm and wrist axes, it is well-suited for applications such as grinding and deburring. The robot can be mounted on the floor, upside down or at an angle. Cables are routed internally.

What’s new? Numerous features. The robot can reach closer to its own base, for an active stroke of 5.2 feet. A new drive train provides faster speeds. The M-20iD/25 comes with Fanuc’s new R-30iB Plus controller, which has an integrated vision system, more memory and a faster CPU.

Benefits Significantly improved performance and reliability. The slim, lightweight robot has faster movements and a larger working range, compared to prior models. The robot’s greater rigidity translates into improved repeatability of plus or minus 0.02mm. The M-20iD/25 is easy to install, economical to operate and features smooth surfaces to minimize dust and dirt accumulation.
