RoboCell One This robot cell from Fastems can handle heavy workpieces, and, with its linear track, can automate loading and unloading of up to two machine tools, such as milling machines. The standard configuration comes with a Kuka KR 150 R2700 Extra robot and is appropriate for handling molds and tooling within a certain size range.

Benefits Capacity and flexibility. RoboCell One can handle heavier workpieces than existing automation systems, up to 176 pounds. It can work with up to five material stations, such as trolleys or pallets, and can use as many as six different grippers for different workpieces. Its software makes setting up new parts simple without requiring that the operator have special knowledge of robots.
