iD Additives Inc. announced it has chosen AIM Solutions Group to expand its service network for its Eco-Pro line of mold cleaning systems.
Based in Cornelia, Ga., AIM Solutions will provide mobile service for Eco-Pro throughout the Southeastern United States. Industry veteran Brian Meier is the founder and president of AIM Solutions Group. Nick Sotos, president of iD Additives, said that customers will benefit from the mobile service. The La Grange, Ill.-based firm supplies products for the plastics industry including chemical foaming agents, purging compounds and plastic mold cleaners. “Having Brian available to come to a customer's plant to service their molds will be a valuable resource for them,” Sotos said.
Meier said a key benefit to customers that he provides through AIM Solutions Group is a flat fee for service, seven days a week. “I know from my years in the industry that most plants want to have their machines and molds serviced on the weekend, and not Monday through Friday,” he said. “It always bothered me when firms would charge extra for providing service on the weekends – we won’t be doing that.”
