Thermal Care temperature controllers promise accuracy, ease of use

The Aquatherm RQT line has three versions offering varying levels of options, depending on users' needs.

Thermal Care's new Aquatherm RQT portfolio of mold-temperature controllers come in Standard, Premium and Advanced versions.

Aquatherm RQT Mold-temperature controllers in this new Thermal Care series are available in single- and dual-zone configurations, with power capacities of 0.75 horsepower (hp) to 10 hp. When provided with the temperature controllers, heaters have capacities up to 48 kilowatts. Three control options — Premium, Advanced and Standard — are available. An intelligent air purge feature is standard on all three units. The Premium and Advanced units monitor data and trends, with the Premium units equipped with a color touch screen to display the information. Other features include password protection for the Premium units and electrical-phase-alerts, available as standard on Premium units and optional on the Advanced units.

Also, because of their data-tracking capabilities, the Premium and Advanced units offer greater accuracy than standard meters found on other temperature controllers.
