Injection molding systems Husky’s injection molding systems for manufacturing PET preforms and bottle closures are designed from the ground up, integrating the press, molds, hot runners and temperature controllers for seamless, optimized performance. They include the NexPET, HyPET, HyPET5e, HyPET5e+ and HPP5e PET preform systems and the HyCAP4 beverage closure systems.
What’s new? Husky’s Advantage+Elite predictive monitoring solution as a standard feature on all PET and closure systems. Previously offered as an option, Advantage+Elite combines processing analytics with the company’s service expertise. Using remotely connected equipment and proprietary analytic models, Husky continuously monitors and analyzes system variables to anticipate potential issues and then contacts customers to help address any issues before they impact productivity or part quality.
Benefits Productivity and reliability. Additionally, the monitoring solution reduces the variability risk associated with processing high levels of post-consumer resin, which supports the production of more-sustainable packaging. To support customers in their own languages, Husky has opened six Advantage+Elite monitoring centers around the world. Additionally, the solution is available as an option on all other new Husky machine platforms and is retrofittable to its legacy H-Line machines.
