In-Sight 3D-L4000 When incorporated into automated production lines, this embedded vision system from Cognex can perform a range of inspection tasks for makers of packaging, consumer products, automotive parts and medical devices. It combines the company’s patented, speckle-free blue-laser optics, a suite of 3-D measurement tools — such as plane and height finding — and 2-D vision tools. It is available in three factory-calibrated fields of view.
