CM Hurricane 360° Columbus McKinnon's hand-operated chain hoist is designed for use in tight spaces and when the operator needs to maintain a safe distance when handling the load. What's new? Larger-capacity models and a new mounting option. The product line now includes hoists with 15-ton and 20-ton capacities, for a total of eight hoist sizes ranging from one-half ton to 20 tons. Additionally, Columbus McKinnon now offers CM Hurricane 360° models with an integrated trolley for mounting on a beam, in addition to the standard hook-mounted hoists. The photo shows a 20-ton, hook-mounted unit.
Benefits More lifting options. The hoists with the integrated trolley are compact for use in locations with low ceilings or limited space. They can be easily adjusted to fit a wide range of beam widths and profiles and have trolley wheels designed for smooth rolling with lubricated, encapsulated ball bearings.
