One This new series of hybrid injection molding machines from LS Mtron, Anyang, South Korea, features a wide platen design to make installing larger molds easy. With models offering clamping forces from 551 tons to 3,640 tons, the series boasts 99.999 percent repeatability and plasticizing rates ranging from 560 pounds per hour to 3,485 pounds per hour. The machines have a maximum mold opening/closing speed of 39.4 inches per second. In the U.S., LS Tractor represents LS Mtron. Shown is the One 2000, known globally by its metric tonnage as the One 1800.
