2,200-ton eKW2200Pi/36000 Hybrid Designed specifically for the industrial packaging industry, BMB's largest two-servo-motor injection molding machine has a clamping speed of 350mm per second. Like BMB's other models, it has a twin-drive, reverse toggle clamp, which allows for large mold spaces. It uses satellite roller screws, rather than ball screws, to transform rotary movements into linear movements. The machine's clamp design provides the ability to maintain alignment between the mold halves. In North America, the machines are distributed through IPSG Americas.
What's new? The machine, model eKW2200Pi/36000, which BMB recently introduced in the North American market.
Benefits Quick production speeds and reduced energy usage. Also, the machine's clamp accuracy and capacity to maintain platen parallelism increase the life of the mold and the time between mold re-fits. It features accurate and powerful screw rotation. Compared to more traditional hydraulic packaging machines, the BMB model uses much less power.
