Ube Machinery's large-tonnage Servomax boasts full servo-hydraulics

Servomax US  These latest large-tonnage injection molding machines from Ube Machinery are full servo-hydraulic units. The machines are available in toggle clamp configuration with clamping forces of 1,000 tons to 2,500 tons; the Servomax UU II is a two-platen configuration with clamping forces from 2,750 tons to 7,000 tons. Ube exhibited a Servomax US1000 model for the first time at NPE. The machines feature closed-loop pressure control. 

What's new?  The design of the multi-servomotor gear pump drive.

Benefits  Energy savings of 70 percent compared to traditional hydraulic machines and improved repeatability. The US1000 has a dry cycle time of four seconds.
