The PipeMaster MSBH provides efficient, high-capacity cooling for pipes up to 24.9 inches in diameter.

PipeMaster MSBH This cooling tank from Conair uses water spray to cool extruded PVC and polyolefin pipe. It is positioned after the vacuum tank where the pipe undergoes sizing and initial cooling. The pipe moves on rollers that carry it under a series of nozzles that deliver a controlled, high-intensity spray of water to finish the cooling process.

What’s new? The MSBH cooling tank, which is part of Conair’s line of PipeMaster equipment for large pipe extrusion. It is available in tank lengths ranging from 13 to 19.7 feet. The tank is equipped with adjustable rollers to facilitate rapid changes in pipe size.

Benefits Efficient, high-capacity cooling for pipes up to 24.9 inches in diameter. The MSBH’s evaporative spray cooling tanks are about 20 percent more efficient at transferring heat than full-immersion tanks with comparable capacity, according to Conair. The compact unit features rugged, stainless-steel tank construction, painted steel frame supports and wide, height-adjustable bases for stability and safety. Its tank is built with common plumbing components for simple and inexpensive maintenance and repairs.
