PipeMaster MBC series The pipe pullers in this Conair series are designed to pull solid-wall pipes made of PVC, ABS, PC, PE and PP. Six models are available to accommodate pipe with diameters ranging from 2.5 inches to 24.8 inches. All models provide smooth, consistent power delivery and pulling speed thanks to their motorized, direct-vector drives.
What’s new? The series.
Benefits Positive, non-marking pipe hauloff. Unlike “one-size-fits-all” pullers that make compromises to work with different extruded products, the PipeMaster MBC series is designed specifically to pull pipe. All pullers in the series offer high pull force without distorting the pipe. They are available with up to eight belts to increase contact area, and the cleated rollers prevent slippage and chatter marks. Pullers in the MBC series automatically synchronize with gravimetric material dosing systems and the extruder speed controls to maintain consistent pipe unit weights. A fully enclosed cabinet with safety interlocks prevents operator injuries.
