As part of a recent consolidation, Addex Inc., Newark, N.J., has named Robert Cree as president, succeeding Rick von Kraus, who is now chairman of the board. Cree previously served as executive VP. He will oversee Addex at the business tries to streamline, with a focus on cooling technology, auto profiles and internal bubble cooling control systems.
Von Kraus, while stepping away from his daily responsibilities, will still serve in an advisory and consulting role for Addex, a supplier of auto-profile and related systems for blown film lines.
