Mold-Masters targets side gating of small parts

Melt-Cube  This side gating nozzle tip system from Mold-Masters offers simultaneous gating of small parts in two to 16 cavities available per cube.

What's new?  Easy removal of gate tips from the parting line/press. Gate tips stay centered to gate even with thermal expansion of the hot runner, and can be horizontal or angled at 15, 30, 45 and 60 degrees.

Benefits  Designed with 20 percent higher pitch density vs. circular side gating systems, and the gate to parting-line distance is minimized. Excellent gate quality for crystalline and amorphous materials.
